When will I get an assignment?

Adjunct assignments are made on an as-needed basis. Full-time faculty is given priority consideration as they have a teaching load to fulfill each semester. Next, experienced adjuncts with MCU are given consideration for assignments. When both of these groups are unavailable, we then look for new adjuncts to fill assignments. Priority consideration is given to those new adjuncts who attend the orientation workshop.
